Abedini Boutique Hotel Ksamil

Villa Abedini is my go-to place in Ksamil. I never regret choosing it. The staff even helped me with late check out on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with amenities like Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, shared kitchen, laundry. Can't wait for my next business trip.

All in all had very pleasant experience for a nice vacation.

bed was comfortable and there were a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and coffee/tea making machines in the room. breakfast for value. it was a pleasure to meet alex, the host, everything was perfect.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in Ksamil. The family that runs the villa were warm and cute, making me feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. I enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The highlight of my stay at this hotel was definitely the stunning sea view from the terrace. It felt like having my own private balcony overlooking the ocean, where I could enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sun set in the evenings. The view was so mesmerizing that I often found myself lost in its beauty, almost as if I were transported to a scene from a romantic movie.

the crew very helpful and the room exceptionally clean upon arrival. breakfast served at requested time. nice balcony, good facilities with a small kitchen. great wi-fi. staff helpful with directions and provided a breakfast to take away.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Abedini. Everything was perfect for our one-week stay. the apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. the wifi and air conditioning worked flawlessly. the location was quiet and away from the busy center, but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches such as Paradise and Lori. the reception area with its bar and outside seating was lovely, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts there.

We felt right at home. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any requests or concerns. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The location of the property was convenient, close to the beaches and main road. The view from the terrace was stunning, offering a panoramic view of the surroundings.

There were some maintenance issues, such as the hot water boiler being turned off without prior notification. Additionally, there were occasional problems with ants in certain areas of the kitchen.

The room at Villa Abedini was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy terrace with stunning city views, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The flat-screen TV and well-equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. The private bathroom was clean and stocked with free toiletries.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal taste!

We got great value for our money at Villa Abedini. The room wasnice and neat, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff treated us well, making our stay even better.
